GDPR Compliance Statement
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Data is stored in the following two ways.
- Data is held in the cloud in Sharepoint. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest and encrypted with 2048-bit keys.
- Data is stored on a secure https located in an ISO accredited (ISO 27001:2008) data centre for maximum data security (https://www.iso.org/isoiec-27001-information-security.html).
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
All our partners and employees have received briefings and training on data security and the handling of personal data. Procedures are also in place to ensure all data handling is regulated.
In accordance with GDPR, we will only use your data where it is in our legitimate interest to do so and to comply with our legal and regulatory requirements. We will only collect data we need to improve and deliver our services to you; and to meet our responsibilities to you.
It is our strict policy not to pass on any personal information to third parties for commercial or sales and marketing purposes.
From time to time, we will use your information to send news about our services, which we think may be of interest or be of benefit to you. In this case you will always be given the choice to opt out of receiving such emails.
To keep pace with the new data protection regulation as it develops, we will continue to review our systems and procedures to ensure that they remain compliant with the regulation and we will keep you informed throughout the process of any changes that we make.

Following that period, we’ll make sure it’s deleted or anonymised.

We may be mandated to disclose your personal data in response to requests from a court, police services or other regulatory bodies. We will ensure that we will disclose only the minimum amount of your information necessary for the required purpose.

Children and Privacy
If you are aged 13 or under, you need permission to register on our site from a parent or guardian. If JFP becomes aware that any person submitting Personal Information to us is under the age of 13, we will delete that Personal Information.
