JFP have initiated an ongoing series of Leadership Seminars which aim “To bring together owners and directors of SMEs to discuss practical aspects of Leadership and learn from each other what can work and what does not work.” We held our latest successful and informative evening recently in the Officers' Mess at Sandhurst. Our speakers were Nicola Horlick, CEO Money & Co and financial commentator, and Colonel B Jenkins, Director Corps of Army Music and Commandant Royal Military School of Music. We had an invited audience of 85 business owners and directors and the seminar was extremely well received. The RMAS has responsibility for the study and practice of leadership throughout the British Army. The consensus was that the content and format were very good and should continue to be developed. To that end we are planning to hold Leadership Seminars twice a year with the next one in May 2016. If any owners or directors are interested in this event, do contact us at sp@jfpstrategic-planning.co.uk. Whilst we are constrained by numbers, we are happy to add interested parties to our waiting list.
