A Strategic Planning Day is a full day for key decision makers, away from the office. Using JFP’s proven IT planning tool the session is highly structured yet encourages free thinking.

Creating a Strategic Business Plan

Our Strategic Business Planning Toolkit is a proven methodology that provides a structured strategic business planning session. At the end of the session, you will have a personal business plan, with a 5 year profit and loss forecast. The day offers you the opportunity to focus on your personal and business objectives, away from the ‘heat of the battle’. The plan will be reviewed after 2-3 weeks to check its suitability.
